Competitive Team

Bronze - Bronze is our entry level competitive team. The girls are introduced to what competition is all about. We provide a fun atmosphere and choose skills that match their abilities. Our focus is teaching the basic skills and improving on form during these skills. They practice three times per week for a total of 8-9 hours. All routines are taught and continuously corrected at no additional cost.
Silver - We continue our tiered structure by offering a two-step Silver Level. The first year of Silver, the gymnasts continue to perfect the basic skills while starting to increase skill difficulty. The second year (if needed) is for the girls to be highly competitive in competitions while competing in the upper level silver skills. This two-step process helps them have an easier transition into the gold level. We encourage hard work while still having fun. They practice three times per week for a total of 9 hours. All routines are taught and continuously corrected at no additional cost.

Gold - Gold is the beginning of a more 'Optional Level' of gymnastics. This means routines and skills are now more individualized and skills continue to increase. We focus on choosing skills that are best for each gymnast yet can progress that skill in the coming years. Team comradery and fun activities keep this practice fun and exciting. They practice 3-4 times per week for a total of 13-16 hours. Beam and Floor routines are individualized. Beam is taught during practice and Floor routines have an additional choreography and/or music cost.
Platinum/Diamond - These two levels are focused on increasing skill level while allowing the gymnast to participate in other school activities/sports. We have a very knowledgeable coaching staff with great spotting abilities. This keeps the girls safe while introducing and mastering higher-level skills. As with all the levels, we work hard while having fun. They practice four times per week for a total of 16 hours. Beam and Floor routines are individualized. Beam is taught during practice and Floor routines have an additional choreography and/or music cost.

Level 7/8 – Level 7/8 are very similar skill level to Platinum/Diamond. We require a higher level of dedication from the gymnasts to be at these levels. We request that they do not participate in any other sports to allow full attendance to all practices. This allows the girls to learn the higher-level skills a bit quicker. This pathway has the possibility to lead into future advancement up to level 10 and the potential to compete in College Gymnastics by the end of their high school years. Our focus is to have strong skills with great form which allows the girls to be competitive at all types of competitions. They practice four times per week for a total of 16 hours. Beam and Floor routines are individualized. Beam is taught during practice and Floor routines have an additional choreography and/or music cost.
