30 Kids with Three Party Hosts
2.5 hour party:
- 60 minutes structured gym time, offering games, and obstacle courses.
- 60 minutes for cake, food, and presents.
- 30 minutes open gym time.
Includes:
- Medal for the Birthday child.
- Table covers, plates, napkins, silverware to match theme, and 1 water per child.
- Party decorations to match theme.
- Pinata with Candy matched to theme.
- Goodie bag with MCA pencil, tattoo, and candy.

30 Kids with Three Party Hosts
2 hour party:
- 45 minutes structured gym time offering games and obstacle courses.
- 45 minutes for cake, food, and presents.
- 30 minute open gym time.
Includes:
- Medal for the Birthday child.
- Table covers, plates, napkins, and silverware.
- 1 water per child.
Cost: $350
15 Kids with Two Party Hosts.
2 Hour Party
- 1 hour structured gym time
- 1 hour for cake, food, presents, and any activity planned by you.
- Our hosts are happy to help facilitate your party. Pinata's are a great add on activity.
Includes:
Medal for the Birthday Child.
Cost: $240
25 Kids with one Supervisory Staff
2 Hour party
- 1 Hour Open Gym
- 1 Hour for cake, presents, and activities that you coordinate.
- You are the party host and responsible for clean up.
Cost: $150
1 Hour Open Gym with 1 staff.
Maximum of 20 kids.
Cost: $100

Our upstairs party room is always avaiable as well and times can be adjusted to accomidate 2 parties.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring anything you would like to for food.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you can bring any doecorations that you woud like, but they must all be cleaned up when you leave.
Do you have a Refigerator and/or Freezer?
Ye, we have both and you are welcome to use them.
How do I reserve my date?
Please email birthday@mcagymnastics.com and our Birthday Coordinator will work with you to find a date avaiable and get you contract to sign. No parties will be reserved until we have a signed contract.
How early can I get in the gym on the day of the party?
You may arrive a half hour before your party to set up if needed.
Do you have tables?
Yes, we will provide you with tables.
What do I get with a facility rental party?You will have one staff to stand on the tumble track and supervise and make sure your participants are following the rules. Once your open gym hour is over you have an hour to do other activities of your choosing in the lobby/party room. You will not have the mats set up for opening present or access to the floor and equipment anymore. You will be responsible for cleaning up your own tablecloths, putting chairs back and breaking down the tables.
Can I tip the party hosts?
Yes, they love getting tips and feel so special when they do.
